At Lights, we want to ensure your home glows with the perfect ambiance, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for any fixtures that don't perfectly fit your space. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in uninstalled, resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the lighting fixture back into its original box with all mounting hardware and instructions to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned fixture, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
